There is a report that the setup-azd@0 task silently fails: #4661 (comment)

The task should fail if downloading or installing do not succeed. Task should also retry the download and retries should have a backoff.

Loading

Error logging should include response headers (if any) in the console output. That information can be used to investigate infrastructure connectivity issues.
