Hi @dansolhe thanks for raising this issue. This error usually pops up when the designer is unable to connect to the host runtime, thus making it unable to open the designer. I have a couple of questions.
Do you have the binaries installed by the extension here? /Users/<your-username>/.azurelogicapps/dependencies
Is there any error when you try to open it in portal?
Could you please share with use the whole workflow.json with us?
Does this occur consistently? Yes
