Poor Experience in New Logic App (Standard) Designer Pages

Describe the Bug with repro steps

What has happened to the Logic App (Standard) portal pages? It was bad before now the design has changed, and I am seeing multiple UI errors and problems.

1. Run History 'flickers'
2. Half of the Run History Filter dialogue box for Time Interval is lost off the browser page.
3. Only 8 Run History instances are shown at once, others are hidden, yet the designer is still slow and painful
4. Pressing the Refresh on Run History gives no indication anything is happening
5. Workflow load is slow still
6. Run Instance overlays the whole page, so cannot click another instance unless the current one is closed (see Consumption Logic App)
7. No 'Run Details' like Consumption Logic App
8. The Notification for a manually submitted run is not generated properly, message is: "Successfully checked the trigger of logic app '{workflowName}' for new data"

Thanks for reaching out. Can you help us with some more information on your points:

1. Run History Flickers
   Can you give a video/gif of this happening? What browser are you using? This is not something I'm able to repro.
2. Half of the Run History Filter dialogue box for Time Interval is lost off the browser page.
   This is a known issue Smaller Screens Cut off Filtering #2011 , We will be fixing this
3. Only 8 Run History instances are shown at once, others are hidden, yet the designer is still slow and painful
   Not sure what this means?
4. Pressing the Refresh on Run History gives no indication anything is happening
   Good feedback, filed an issue here: Pressing Refresh on overview doesn't give an indication that things are refreshing #2157
5. Workflow load is slow still
   Where are you loading it. What parts are slow? What does your workflow look like? More information here will help a lot.
6. Run Instance overlays the whole page, so cannot click another instance unless the current one is closed (see Consumption Logic App)

7. No 'Run Details' like Consumption Logic App
   I need to check with our backend and see if we have these APIs available in Standard. I'll get back to you on this.

I will try and reproduce and send a video, it might be that the Logic App was new with no runs, since it is only briefly doing it now when I click refresh.

It just seems a backward step to show less visible runs, and having to use the scroll bar to see the other 32 instances. It wasn’t obvious to me at first what had happened, I didn't realise a scroll bar had appeared, I first thought I needed to click "See more". Would it not make more sense to make it visible how many items to show in the list but also have it user configurable?

4. Workflow load is slow still
   Where are you loading it. What parts are slow? What does your workflow look like? More information here will help a lot.

My co-workers complain also about this continuously and it is becoming rather cumbersome to develop within the portal, which is difficult with our current client who do not allow us to develop on our local machines i.e. via Visual Studio or VS Code. I have just clicked on some resources and the performance seems a little better at the moment, but opening a new Logic App (Standard) – Configuration and Workflows are greyed out while it loads which this afternoon was taking minutes. Opening a workflow in the designer would also cycle around with the spinning wheel for ages.
