I have been dealing with this issue. When I receive this incident, I normally check the IP and search for any other user using the same IP using related apps etc etc
But for this specific scenario when the service is Crossware Email Signature for M365. I do not find any activity related to the IP or the user-process related to the event.
Any idea on what is going on here? Thank you
