[Bug]: Cannot take hegemony energy blade out of a military belt.

Describe the issue

You cannot take the hegemony energy blade out of the military belts that spawn on the Kataphract off-ship. Other equipment seems to work fine, it is just the energy blade that has this issue.

How to reproduce

Spawn as Kataphract,
Grab a military belt,
Put the hegemony energy blade in the military belt,
Try to no avail to get it out.

I think this is a symptom of a bigger problem. Earlier today, I found an energy blade and could not shift-click it to examine it. Unrelatedly, and at a different time, I found a DNA implanter that was in a box, and similarly, I could not do anything to take it out (or even pick it up off the floor)
