Add support for resultParser: 'html'. Similar as istanbul-reports has for coverage results: https://github.com/istanbuljs/istanbuljs/tree/master/packages/istanbul-reports/lib/html.

Results should be HTML files which can easily be viewed in browser, e.g. with npx serve ./eslint-remote-tester-results.
