Correct input element "Event log size"

Actual status: This element (id="inpStnEventLogSize") can now accept any character.

Needs to change the type to range for the input element, add limits and a default value.
Now the size of the log-chat window can be changed within 5-8 lines.

Not strictly a bug.
There is a story called "Hacker in a canteen. Salt shaker 100 and 1 vulnerabilities". Exactly this issue.
Validation is probably welcomed, but not required ASAP.
