Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is related to ankihub/#633

Proposed solution
Update the deck creation menu to allow users to type a Deck Description, since it will be a required field on AnkiHub after this is merged.

Describe if this feature is necessary or a nice-to-have.
