Is this my environment only?

[stage] Unable to apply patch Ampersand\DisableStockReservation\Setup\Patch\Schema\RemoveExistingReservations for module Ampersand_DisableStockReservation. Original exception message: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1701 Cannot truncate a table referenced in a foreign key constraint (`magetip_stage`.`allegro_reservations`, CONSTRAINT `FK_0DF36C9A02B0CEA1AF96F370F2C37537`), query was: TRUNCATE TABLE `inventory_reservation`
