Member cannot access dashboard if parent site is set to private #13

If the Member of the 'Child-site' is not a member of the 'Parent-site' which is Private, the said member will not be able to access the Site Dashboard. [Error log says access denied to dashboard.js]. Works correctly if sites are set to Moderated.
