Key error "created_by"

When I selected to submit my record for review, I received the following error. It seems my selecting creators has caused the issue?

I'll have a look later today, it looks like something to do with your own account, so possibly something went wrong when uploading the old database

Thanks Paola, well it still seems to have gone through and the record is apparently awaiting review. So it looks like everything worked despite the error.
