From this example given below, is it possible to export a database table on a local machine without a public IP into a collection in gLibrary?

curl -X POST \
  -H "Authorization: $TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{
        "name": "products",
        "import": "true",
        "tablename": "products",
        "collection_db": {
            "host": "giular.trigrid.it",
            "type": "mysql",
            "database": "classicmodels",
            "username": "glibrary_server",
            "password": "Pippo1234",
            "port": 3306
        }
     }' \
