An idea that was floated around - update director to refuse cluster joins from nodes that are running a different version of 9volt.

Not sure what's all involved in this (and the potential problems it could introduce).

This came up when running a large 9volt cluster (80+ members) and realizing that one of the members is running an outdated (and broken) version that would jeopardize the entire cluster.
