2024 Most requested feature from Niagra #3141
Comments
Thanks for condensing the requests from 2024. Could you please share how you collected these and decided which one should be included? Also, please do not include requests we have declined without any notice that we did. |
Agree on TFackler. Where were this from? And general description for each? To summarize, the only good features I personally think that can be considered here are:
The first one is for accessibility concern. (But I remember reading some article or discussion about this year/s ago, can't remember the main reason why it wasn't implemented) Then for the other — I'm unsure if removing the alphabet app drawer is a good idea. While apps can be accessed via search and the home screen, I'm concerned about the current alphabet app drawer and its current features (aside from app list): "Recently Installed," "Niagara settings," and "Pop-up folders". Personally, I use a pop-up folder in the Niagara button accessible thru swipe-up action. I believe this should be a pro feature, as the changes, while seemingly simple, have broad implications. Other than above, ff. are my thoughts on listed features, which in my opinion not really "most requested" features:

Literally the best feature on that list. |
Agreed, imaging being able to swipe left, right, and down for more actions or launch other apps quickly. |
