Company wise Accounts Freeze and GL Closing

We are requesting an enhancement for the Accounts Closing which is already existing in the ERPNext as shown below:
Accounts Settings>Accounts Closing tab

We want an option to freeze the accounts at a company level. For that, a table has to be inserted with two columns as follows and remove the "Accounts frozen till date" column:

Company	Role Allowed to Set Frozen Accounts and Edit Frozen Entries

Along with that, we need to build a DocType (similar to Accounting Period DocType) for closing accounts at the GL level named as "GL Closing” will have the following columns and details:
Company: (Drop down for all Companies)
Start Date:
End Date:
As soon as we select the company, we want a table to be displayed having details of all the GLs of the company and option to freeze them:

GL Accounts	Closed
XYZ	Checkbox to select/unselect

For example: In the Doctype “Accounting Period”, we have unticked the Doctype “Journal Entry” and we want to close specific GLs for Journal Entry, we can go to the “GL Closing” Doctype and select the GLs that are to be closed.
