New theme

This is something @rolandixor had discussed being involved in. Since the blog uses Bootstrap, this should be simply a matter of grabbing the Bootstrap source and customizing variables.less (As far as I can remember, this is how Bootstrap themes are written.) This is something that will be done in a separate repository and the minified files will be copied to the blog repository.

I will post my svg mockup once I can work out in my mind how the main page should be coloured. I have an idea for how the buttons should look that will be pretty cool I think.

This will need to get bumped to after the launch date, which is fine. Then we will have something new to announce further down the road when the new theme is ready.

Yeah as per usual, I've not been focused and keep forgetting to work on
